LESSON DESCRIPTION

In this lesson, we’ll be looking to continue our preparation and cutting skills by making this delicious Greek Salad. The pupils will be introduced to what could be, a couple of unfamiliar ingredients…feta cheese and olives. In the nutrition lesson, we’ll be considering what conditions and climates certain foods need in order to grow.
